Feebiz helps you total the income and Stripe fees for an Australian financial year. The short version: we fetch your figures from Stripe when you ask, show them to you, and keep none of them.

What we access
When you authorise Feebiz, Stripe asks you to approve view-only access for:
- Your payments — To total the income you received in the financial year you pick.
- Stripe fees on each payment — To show the Stripe fee charged on each payment, including tax on the fee.
- Your business details — To pre-fill your business name and ABN on the PDF you export.
We cannot create payments, issue refunds, move money, or change anything in your Stripe account. We only view the data needed to build your report.
What we store
No payment data is stored. Feebiz has no database. Each time you load a financial year, the figures are fetched from Stripe, sent to your browser, and discarded by our server when the request finishes.
The only thing we keep is an encrypted session cookie in your browser, holding the access token Stripe issued so you do not have to re-authorise on every click. Disconnecting, or letting the cookie expire, removes it.
What leaves your browser
The PDF and CSV you export are generated on request and sent straight to you. We do not retain copies, and we do not send your data to any third party, analytics service, or advertiser.
Revoking access
You can disconnect inside Feebiz at any time, which clears the session. You can also remove Feebiz from your Stripe account directly in your Stripe Dashboard, which revokes our access entirely and immediately.
